A strategic goods permit is required to be obtained in Singapore for the export, transhipment and bringing in transit of the items if they are strategic goods, regardless of whether there is any accompanying CWC licence.

To determine whether your product is controlled as strategic goods, you would need to compare your product's description and specifications against the description and specifications in the Strategic Goods (Control) Order, which can be obtained from the Strategic Goods Control webpage.
