My shipment of goods was trucked into a Free Trade Zone (FTZ) for export, but my client cancelled the order. How can I truck the goods out of the FTZ?

To remove non-dutiable goods as shut-out cargo within 24 hours of entering the Free Trade Zone (FTZ), a letter from the exporter or agent stating the reason(s) and supporting documents must be produced at the checkpoints for verification. This is provided the goods were not previously released from a Zero GST Warehouse, not previously imported under Temporary Import Scheme or not under transhipment with inter-gateway movement. Otherwise, an In-Non-Payment "Shut-Out" permit has to be obtained. Please click here for more information.
