Part of my shipment of liquors and tobacco was rejected. Which permit should I apply to return the rejected goods to the licensed warehouse?
You should obtain an In-Non-Payment permit with declaration type "Shut-Out (SHO)" to move the goods back into the licensed warehouse. Please indicate the reason for the return in the Trader's Remark column and the Out "Approved Premises/Schemes (APS)" permit number in the Previous Permit Number field. The in-transport information need not be declared. Please refer to Circular No. 07/2016 for more information.
