If there is a change in entity's name in ACRA records with no change in the Unique Entity Identifier (UEN), identity, rights and obligations of the entity, there is no need to submit a new security application.

However, if there is a change in the UEN, identity, rights or obligations of the entity, a new security application(s) would need to be submitted to replace the existing ones.
