When can I use a replacement ATA Carnet? Under what circumstances is the use of a replacement ATA Carnet permissible?

Updated by CUSTOMS

A replacement ATA Carnet may be used if the original carnet is lost, stolen, destroyed, or expiring. For lost or stolen ATA Carnets, a copy of the police report filed in the country where the incident occurred must be submitted before a replacement carnet can be approved. If your ATA Carnet is expiring, you must request approval for a replacement carnet at least one month before the original carnet's expiry date. To obtain approval for the use of a replacement carnet in any of these situations, please email CUSTOMS_Carnet@customs.gov.sg.
