ATA Carnet holders have the option to request an extension for the final date of re-importation or re-exportation from Singapore Customs. To initiate this process, applicants should submit the relevant documents to CUSTOMS_Carnet@customs.gov.sg. The relevant documents include a formal letter of explanation, preferably on company letterhead where applicable, detailing the justification for the extension request. Additionally, scanned copies of carnet documents are required, specifically the ATA Carnet Front Cover Page, the Yellow Counterfoil (bearing the endorsement from the country of export), or the White Counterfoil (with the endorsement from the country of import).
