If my company's Free Trade Zone (FTZ) Operator Licence has expired while the licence renewal has not been approved, can my company continue with its operations while waiting for Singapore Customs' assessment?
No. If the licence has expired, your company will not be allowed to continue operations as a licensed Free Trade Zone (FTZ) Operator. Your company is therefore encouraged to submit its licence renewal application promptly/early. Singapore Customs will also send reminders to renew your licence early to avoid such a scenario.
