What is TW permit? How to declare it?
TW permit covers the removal of goods from one Free Trade Zone (FTZ) to another FTZ. This permit covers mainly inter-gateway movement of goods and is not meant to cover import for re-export or transhipment of cargo. You can declare an In-Non Payment permit with the declaration type IGM. Please refer to Customs Circular No. 11/2013 for proper use of permits involving inter-gateway movement.
