What should I do if my permit is not endorsed by Customs?
Please be advised that endorsement of permits is required only when there is a permit condition that states so (e.g., A3 condition - The goods must be produced together with this permit, invoices, BL/AWB, etc. for customs clearance/endorsement at an airport customs checkpoint or a designated customs office or station, as instructed).
You may submit a voluntary disclosure to Singapore Customs if your permit is not endorsed when it is required, as stated in the permit condition. Click here for more information on the Voluntary Disclosure Programme (VDP).
