What is the record keeping requirement relating to my exports to a Party in RCEP under the RCEP?
You are required to keep the relevant documents (which include, but are not limited to, a copy of the Proof of Origin, shipping documents such as the commercial invoice, and production records) for a period of at least 3 years from the date on which the Proof of Origin was made out.
