What is the quantity of dutiable goods allowed for consumption on board outside Singapore waters?

Updated by CUSTOMS

Please refer to Customs Circular No. 24/99 on the issue of duty-free rations for consumption by crew members on board vessels outside Singapore. All other excess dutiable stores shall be secured in a lockable store or bond while the vessel is in Singapore waters. All dutiable goods should be declared to the Police Coast Guard (PCG) when checks are conducted.
