What is the processing time for an Individual Permit application to be approved?

Each Strategic Trade Scheme (STS) Individual Permit application is to be made at least 5 working days (please allow a longer processing time for military items) prior to the loading of the items onto the conveyance on which they are to be brought out of Singapore.
