We have multiple import permits for goods which will be exported to the same location. Can we apply for 1 Certificate of Non-Manipulation (CNM) if there is only 1 export permit?
It is possible provided that all other details that need to be indicated in the Certificate of Non-Manipulation (CNM) such as the Date of Discharge in Singapore, Country of Final Destination and the Country of Origin of the goods are the same. Otherwise, 2 separate CNMs must be applied for each consignment.
