You are required to obtain an Out "Direct" (OUT-DRT) permit.
The "Place of Release Code" and "Place of Receipt Code" fields should be declared as "PPZ" and "KZ" respectively. Please key "3 (by road)" in the "Inward Transport Mode" field, "SG" in the "Country of Origin" field and "SGSCT" in the "Port of Loading" field.
Please indicate in the "Remarks" field that the goods are auctioned goods purchased in the Free Trade Zone (FTZ) and are meant for re-export.
This approved permit will allow the goods to be moved from PPZ to KZ for re-export via KZ.
