There is no origin criterion stated in the original Preferential Certificate of Origin (PCO) issued in the first exporting country. How should I declare the field in my back-to-back PCO application?

It is a requirement for a Preferential Certificate of Origin (PCO) to contain the applied origin criterion(s) under the following Free Trade Agreements (FTAs):

• ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ATIGA);

• ASEAN-Australia-New Zealand FTA (AANZFTA);

• ASEAN-China FTA (ACFTA);

• ASEAN-India FTA (AIFTA);

• ASEAN-Japan Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (AJCEP);

• ASEAN-Hong Kong (AHKFTA);

• ASEAN-Korea FTA (AKFTA); and

• Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP)

If there are details missing in the original PCO, please request for a revised certificate containing all details from your supplier in the first exporting country.
