What is the application process for a Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC) licence?
You have to submit the application forms and supporting documents to the National Authority for the Chemical Weapons Convention (NACWC) to apply for a Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC) licence. Click here to access and download the forms via Singapore Customs website.
Submission will be e-mailed to the NACWC automatically. You will only receive a system-generated acknowledgement email once a NACWC licence application cover form is submitted.
For new applicants, you will be required to submit a Letter of Authorisation or Appointment, stating your current appointment by your company to handle matters associated with the NACWC licence.
If production, processing or consumption activities are involved, the reaction chemistry and process flow diagrams have to be submitted with the application.
