A Certificate of Free Sale (CFS) issued by Singapore Customs certifies that the product is sold locally in Singapore.
 
You may apply for a CFS via the Networked Trade Platform (NTP) and download the application form at www.ntp.gov.sg > Government Services > Apply for Certificate of Free Sale.
