What does AEO refer to?
AEO refers to the Authorized Economic Operator (AEO). It is defined as a party involved in the international movement of goods in whatever function that has been approved by or on behalf of a National Customs Administration complying with the World Customs Organisation (WCO) Framework of Standards.
In Singapore's context, an AEO refers to companies under the Secure Trade Partnership Plus Programmme.
