The Strategic Goods (Control) Act (SGCA) does not regulate the importation of strategic goods. However, please note that the provisions under the Regulation of Imports and Exports Act (RIEA) still apply. A general TradeNet import permit is still required prior to the import of any strategic good into Singapore.
