How can I apply for a Preferential Certificate of Origin (PCO) with Singapore Customs for my exports to EUSFTA country under the EUSFTA?
Singapore Customs will not be issuing Preferential Certificate of Origin (PCO) under the EUSFTA. To enable your importer in EUSFTA country to claim preferential tariff treatment, please follow the procedures set out in Customs Circular No. 18/2019.
