The cost statement is valid for 1 year from the date of the Manufacturing Cost Statement (MCS) or Letter of undertaking (LOU) upon Customs' verification. Please check the approved letter "Verification of Cost Statement" or "Letter of Acknowledgement" for the correct MCS or LOU date respectively and entered in the Cost Statement Date field in TradeNet.
