Goods are imported from China and will ship to Vietnam from Singapore. My customer from Vietnam would like to have a Form D. How can I apply for the Form D?
As China is not a party to ASEAN Free Trade Area (AFTA), you would not be eligible to apply for a Back-to-Back Form D. Please refer to Singapore Customs website for more information on how to apply for a back-to-back preferential Certificate of Origin with Singapore Customs.

Goods are manufactured in Country A. It will be imported into Singapore and then re-exported to Country B. Will the Country A's manufacturer name be reflected in the back-to-back preferential Certificate of Origin issued by Singapore Customs?
