My company is a logistics company under the TradeFIRST scheme. Will my clients get to enjoy the facilitation that I am eligible for?
The facilitation that a company is eligible for under the TradeFIRST scheme only applies to the company itself. It will not be extended to its clients or suppliers (business partner).
If your clients wish to enjoy similar facilitation, they must be independently assessed under TradeFIRST. To do so, they should:
• Indicate an interest in one of the schemes or facilitations administered by Singapore Customs.
• Undergo the TradeFIRST assessment process.
If a company is interested in learning more about how it can benefit from these schemes but doesn't have a specific scheme in mind, they can email CUSTOMS_Schemes@customs.gov.sg for more information.
