My company has a Zero-GST Warehouse Scheme (ZGS) Type II licence. Will the licence be revoked if my company does not qualify for the Intermediate band?
If a licensee does not meet the requisite banding, a conditional approval may be granted depending on the merits of the case. This is done with the objective to allow the company to continue operating and work on the areas of improvements within the stipulated period before meeting the full requirements.
However, if the company is still unable to meet the requirements, the licence may be revoked.
