My cargo was wrongly shipped to Singapore. Do I have to take up a Customs permit to export the goods?

There is no need to obtain a permit if the wrongly routed cargo remains onboard the vessel or is transhipped from one vessel to another within the same free trade zone (FTZ), unless the goods are controlled for transit or transhipment movements.
