How do I check the status of my Certificate of Origin (CO) application?

Typically, a Singapore-Origin Certificate is approved within 2 hours, while back-to-back Certificates of Origin are approved within 2 working days upon submission of all completed documents.
Should you not receive your certificate within this period, please write in to customs_roo@customs.gov.sg.
