Must the product description in my back-to-back preferential Certificate of Origin (PCO) tally with the product description in the original PCO?
The product description provided in the back-to-back Preferential Certificate of Origin (PCO) should be identical to that on the original PCO, or at least similar enough for Singapore Customs and the importing Customs authority to identify it as the same item described on the original PCO.
