MES trader's goods are imported and currently in the Class II yard. How to declare ME permit to clear it?

You need to declare In-Non-Payment (Approved Premises/Schemes) permit.

The Place of Release code should be a valid licence number of the Class II yard warehouse.

The Place of Receipt code should be “ME”.
