If a company does not fulfil the criteria for Secure Trade Partnership (STP), will it be eligible for a Zero-GST or Licensed Warehouse (LW) licence?
The Secure Trade Partnership (STP) is independent from the Zero-GST Warehouse Scheme (ZGS) or Licensed Warehouse Scheme (LWS). To qualify for a Zero-GST or Licensed Warehouse licence, the company has to be placed in the applicable band under TradeFIRST and meet the criteria set for the ZGS or LWS.
