Will I receive a hardcopy Certificate of Non-Manipulation (CNM) when I apply with Singapore Customs?
Singapore Customs has ceased the issuance of hardcopy Certificates of Non-Manipulation (CNM). Once a CNM application is approved, applicants may retrieve a softcopy via the Networked Trade Platform (NTP).
Please refer to the instructions on the application form on Customs eServices by searching for “Certificate of Non-Manipulation (CNM)”.
