Why was box 13 "issued retroactively" ticked?
The "issued retroactively" box in box 13 will be ticked by Singapore Customs if the Certificate of Origin is not issued prior to, or at the time of the export of the goods. Depending on the requirements of the repective Free Trade Agreements, it may be ticked if the CO is issued after, and/or up to 3 days after the departure of the goods.
