Why I cannot declare decimal value in the Origin Criterion Percentage field for RVC for my product?
Our system does not allow decimal value entry, please declare the Regional Value Content (RVC) as a rounded-down whole number (e.g. 73.6% should be declared as 73%). The same applies for back-to-back Preferential Certificate of Origin (PCO) applications.
