Can I apply Form E for exporting goods from Singapore to Korea?
Korea is not a party under ASEAN-China Free Trade Area (ACFTA). For non-party of the FTA, you would not be eligible to apply for Form E.You may refer to the Enterprise Singapore website of the respective Free Trade Agreements for the eligibility requirements for preferential CO application.
