Can I apply for an ordinary Certificate of Origin (CO) for the re-export of a foreign origin good with Singapore Customs?

Singapore Customs does not issue ordinary Certificate of Origin (CO) for the re-export of foreign-origin goods. Please approach any of the following Authorised Organisations (AOs) that issues Ordinary Certificate of Origin if you would like to obtain an ordinary CO for your re-export:

• Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry;

• Singapore Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry;

• Singapore International Chamber of Commerce;

• Singapore Malay Chamber of Commerce and Industry; or

• Singapore Manufacturing Federation
