Who should submit the manufacturer's registration?
The manufacturer of the product produced in Singapore should submit the manufacturer registration application if they wish to apply for a Certificate of Origin. For company that export goods manufactured in Singapore by another company, you may obtain the Letter of Verification of Cost statement from the manufacturer to apply for a Certificate of Origin with Singapore Customs.
