Yes, you can make amendments to an approved Certificate of Origin (CO) via TradeNet. To amend the CO, the CO has to be obtained via a single declaration (i.e. export permit with CO application) and the amendment has to be done within the export permit's validity period. Alternatively, you may choose to submit a CO cancellation request online via FormSG provided the CO has not been utilised and reapply for a new CO via Tradenet. For reapplication of CO on TradeNet, please ensure that the Message Type selected for the TradeNet declaration is "COODEC" and the previous CO number and reason for cancellation are clearly specified in the "Traders Remarks" field. Requests for manual amendments to approved CO will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
