I have entered correct Manufacturer information but encountered rejection 'PLS PROVIDE CORRECT MANUFACTURER EI/UEN' and 'PLS CHECK WHETHER MANUFACTURER IS REGISTERED WITH CUSTOMS'. Why?

Please check if the Manufacturer's registration with Customs is still valid.

Each Manufacturer's Registration will be valid for a period of 2 years from the date of approval.

The letter for manufacturers to apply for a renewal will be emailed to the company's authorized person one month prior to the expiry of the registration.
