I applied for an export permit but encountered a rejection message, "PLS CHECK CONTAINER NUMBER". I checked the container number and it is correct. How should I amend / rectify the permit application / declaration?

Please check your permit application and ensure that:

  1. The container number is correct; and
  2. Cargo Packing type is "Containerised".
