To retrieve the HCES digital clearance file, exporters can log in to Customs eServices to access the HCES digital service and search for the file by entering either the permit number or the clearance date. Please allow for up 3 working days for the file to be generated after the goods have been cleared at the Customs counter at Changi Airport. You will need to have a Corppass account and be assigned with the “Customs eServices” digital service to login to Customs eServices to utilise this service.
