Who is eligible to apply for CO for locally manufactured good with Singapore Customs?
The Certificate of Origin (CO) application has to be made by the exporter via TradeNet. He/she may engage a Declaring Agent (DA) to apply on his/her behalf if he/she is not a registered DA with Singapore Customs.
If the exporter is the manufacturer of the locally manufactured good, please refer to page 23 of the "Handbook on rules of origin for preferential Certificates of Origin" for the CO application procedures.
If the exporter is not the manufacturer of the locally manufactured good, please refer to page 24 of the "Handbook on rules of origin for preferential Certificates of Origin" for the CO application procedures.
