Are exporters required to amend their permits if there are discrepancies found on the export invoices?

Please note that the declarants are required to provide accurate information when submitting permit applications to Singapore Customs for approval. If discrepancies are found, the declarants should submit a request for amendment to update the details if the permit is still valid and if the field that requires amendments to be made does not fall under the list of non-amendable fields.
If the discrepancies result in additional line items to be declared, a new export permit should be obtained. For shipments involving controlled items, the request for amendment will be subject to the respective Competent Authorities (CAs) processing requirements.
