How long is the validity period of a Cargo Agent's Import Authorisation (CAIA) card?
There is no expiry for Cargo Agent's Import Authorisation (CAIA) cards.
If the registered cargo agent does no longer requires the CAIA cards, the registered agent must immediately inform Singapore Customs at https://go.gov.sg/customs-doc with the following details:
a. Name of Company
b. UEN
c. Termination Date
d. Reason for Termination
e. CAIA Card No(s)
CAIA cards need not be returned upon termination.
