Updated by CUSTOMS
During the national inspection conducted by the National Authority for the Chemical Weapons Convention (NACWC), companies will be briefed on the licence requirements as well as the preparations needed for an inspection by the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW).

In the event of an OPCW inspection, the NACWC will schedule an advance visit at the selected company.

During the advance visit, the NACWC will brief the company personnel on the purpose of the OPCW inspection, and the necessary information required for the inspectors to verify the declaration submitted to the OPCW. The brief will also include administrative and logistical matters to prepare the company for the inspection.
