How do I submit the Manufacturing Cost Statement (MCS)?
You may submit your Manufacturing Cost Statement (MCS) to CUSTOMS_MCS@customs.gov.sg.
Please refer to the 'Detail MCS Guide,' which can be found in the Excel sheet of the MCS template for details. For more information, please refer to Customs Notice No. 02/2020.
