The goods are locally manufactured in Singapore and will be sold to a Malaysian company. The company wants the manufacturer to export the goods to an end user in India with a Form AI. Does Customs accept third party invoicing?
Please refer to the AIFTA's legal text available on the Enterprise Singapore's website to determine if there is third party invoicing in the FTA.
Generally, for FTAs with third party invoicing, the value to be indicated in the Certificate shall be that of the final invoice presented to the importing party based on the FOB value.
