Please refer to the AIFTA's legal text available on the Enterprise Singapore's website to determine if there is third party invoicing in the FTA.

Generally, for FTAs with third party invoicing, the value to be indicated in the Certificate shall be that of the final invoice presented to the importing party based on the FOB value.
