Am I allowed to re-label the country of origin on the goods or its packaging?
Falsely re-labelling the country of origin on goods or its packaging is a serious offence in Singapore. The regulatory agencies would not hesitate to take to task entities that do so. For exports, companies are advised to comply with the marking requirements, if any, of the importing country and terms of contract with the other party.
