If your goods are transshipped or re-exported through or via Singapore, and your company needs a certificate to certify that the goods have not been manipulated while in Singapore, your company may wish to apply for a Certificate of Non-Manipulation (CNM).

For more information on the Certificate of Non-Manipulation, your company may refer to Customs Circular 19/2023.
