A trader under the Major Exporter Scheme (MES) wants to store goods in a bonded warehouse. Does the MES trader need to authorise the Declaring Agent (DA)?
A MES trader is required to authorise the DA, via IRAS myTaxPortal, to obtain the necessary permit(s) on their behalf for both the direct importation of goods and release of goods from the Zero-GST warehouse.
