How do I apply for refund of duties and/or GST?
You may apply for a refund due to overpayment or erroneously paid from Singapore Customs via TradeNet.
If the goods are imported via courier company (e.g. DHL, Fedex, UPS, TNT) or Singapore Post, claims for refund by the importer have to be made through the courier company or Singapore Post.
All refund applications of duty and GST have to be made within 5 years from the date of payment.
